CORNBREAD SALAD 
cornbread, baked
9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 green pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 c. butter
1/2 radish

Mix the bacon and vegetables. Pour off juices and save. Put cornbread into vegetables (crumble). Mix mayonnaise and juice together. Pour over salad.

Make the night before.
