CORNBREAD SALAD | |
1 pkg. cornbread mix 1 lb. bacon, cooked, cooled and crumbled 6 green onions, chopped 1 small can mushrooms, chopped 1 small can black olives, chopped 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 2 c. mayonnaise (may need more or less) 1 large tomato, chopped (to be used as garnish on each serving) Prepare cornbread according to package directions. Cool. Crumble into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in enough mayonnaise to achieve desired consistency. Place salad in individual serving dish and garnish with chopped tomatoes. |
