CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 c. whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

With well-chilled beaters and bowl, whip cream until stiff. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Add melted chocolate and beat until smooth. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Pour into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Can be garnished with chocolate curls or grated chocolate. (I garnish with crushed walnuts.)
