CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
9 oz. container Cool Whip
Whole graham crackers
Canned chocolate frosting

With hand mixer, mix up pudding with milk and beat until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Place layers of crackers in 9x13 inch glass dish; layer with pudding mixture about 1/2 inch thick, another layer of crackers, then pudding and again crackers. Top with chocolate frosting. Chill overnight.
