CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PAN DESSERT 
Bring 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup water to boil. Add 1 cup flour; stir. Remove from heat. Add 4 eggs, one at a time and beat well. Spread onto greased 11x16 jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Spread on top: 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese beaten together with 2 1/2 cups milk and 6 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding. Top with 2 cups whipped cream. Drizzle with Hershey's Chocolate Syrup. Refrigerate.

Delicious! What a hit with the dinner party! You can even substitute with sugar-free pudding and whipped topping.
