VIRTUALLY SUGAR - FREE CHOCOLATE
ECLAIR DESSERT
 
Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Line pan with whole graham crackers. Mix 2 small packages sugar free instant French vanilla pudding with 2 cups lowfat milk. Add 8 ounce sugar free whipped topping and mix well. Pour half over crackers, then another layer of crackers. Cover with remaining mixture. Add another layer of crackers.

FROSTING:

3 oz. Nestles unsweetened melted chocolate packets
1 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. light Karo syrup
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar
10 packets Equal

Beat well. Pour over crackers. Refrigerate 24 hours, covered.

I made this for Easter and our family loved it!! I added more milk to the pudding because it was a little dry with only two cups. I had a jar of sugar free frosting so I added some milk to it so it could spread and it was perfect. Making it again right now, my family loves this!
