BAKED PEACH PUDDING 
2 c. sliced peaches (drained)
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch or 2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water

Place peaches in 9 x 12 inch pan. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, butter, baking powder, flour and milk. Pour over peaches. Mix 1 cup sugar with cornstarch and salt. Sift this mixture over batter. Pour 1 cup water over all.

Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with ice cream. Better when warm.
