TURKEY-HAM ROLLS 
18 spears fresh asparagus (about 1 lb.)
2 tbsp. water
6 thin slices cooked turkey (about 6 oz.)
6 thin slices fully cooked smoked ham (about 6 oz.)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Break off tough ends of asparagus at point where stalks snap easily. Place asparagus in 2 quart microwavable casserole. Add water. Cover and microwave on high (100%) until tender, 7 to 8 minutes; drain.

Wrap each turkey and ham slice around 3 asparagus spears. Place in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Mix soup, milk and Parmesan cheese; pour over rolls. Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) until hot, 8 to 10 minutes. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
