SHRIMP IN PINK SAUCE 
1 lb. cooked cleaned shrimp
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. frozen stir fry vegetables
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. water
1 tsp. olive oil, divided

Stir fry shrimp and vegetables in butter or oil for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, water, remaining oil; cook 10 minutes. Mix sour cream, salt, cayenne and add - cook 5 more minutes until light pink. Serve over angel hair pasta.

Wonderful tasting recipe, did not have in shrimp sauce so I was looking something quick which our taste might like. It was a huge success. We even skipped the pasta because of the carbs. Completely fixed in less than 30 minutes.
