2 qts. pink ice cream
24 miniature marshmallows
Thick fudge sauce
Pink cupcake liners
Pink construction paper

Cut 24 oval-shaped ears out of the construction paper. Set aside. Spread open cupcake liners and place large scoop of ice cream in the center of each. Top each large scoop with a small scoop (this is piglet's nose).

For each pig, push down two marshmallows for eyes and two construction ears - crease down the center. Freeze for an hour. Use a pastry bag and fill with 1/2 cup of fudge sauce. Pip pupils on eyes and nostrils on nose of each pig. Put in freezer until serving time. Enjoy!
