SHOCKING PINK DIP 
1 1/2 c. pinto beans, cooked & mashed
1/2 lb. cream cheese
6 cooked baby beets, mashed, or baby food beets
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, grated
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Horseradish to taste

Blend until smooth. Serve with potato chips or party crackers.
