RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs. Add rhubarb, sugar and flour. Place in unbaked 9" pie shell and crumble on top the brown sugar, flour and butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then at 375 degrees until knife comes out clean when inserted about 1/2 hour.
