PEAS AND CUCUMBERS WITH SOUR
CREAM
 
2 pkgs. frozen peas
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. dried dill

Cook peas in boiling salted water until barely tender. Drain. Cook cucumber quickly in boiling water, about 2 minutes. Do not overcook. Keep vegetable crisp.

Just before serving, combine all ingredients. Heat slowly over hot water only until vegetables are warm.
