CRANBERRY SALAD MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange or strawberry Jello
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 med. apple, peeled, cored, and diced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. celery; optional

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and chill until thick, jelly stage. Break cranberry sauce with fork and add apples. Mix together with Jello. Pour into 1 quart mold and chill until firm. (Can be made day before needed - cover with plastic wrap.) Serves 8.
