PECAN TARTS 
CRUST:

2 sticks butter (softened)
6 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 c. all-purpose flour

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Crust: Mix and roll into balls. Flatten into tart pans to form crust.

Filling: Mix well and pour into tart shells. Use approximately 1/2 tablespoon per tart. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yields 48 tarts.
