SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Carnation milk

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine casserole ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish. Mix topping ingredients; pour over top of casserole and cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
