MARINATED SALAD | |
1 can French style green beans 1 can Le Suer garden peas 1 can Mexicorn 1 jar pimiento 1 large white onion, chopped 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. oil Drain beans, peas, corn and pimiento 1 hour; add chopped onion. Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil and add salt, pepper and oil. Put drained onion and vegetables in bowl and pour sauce over. Marinate overnight. Drain and serve. |
