CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. hot water
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Combine water and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add flour and salt all at once. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, until puffed and golden.

FILLING:

2 sm. pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Combine till smooth. Fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip. Fill puffs before serving. Spread with chocolate frosting or drizzle with chocolate and/or raspberry sauce.
