LEMONADE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade
1 (4 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 graham pie crust

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, then lemonade, fold in Cool Whip, food coloring, if you desire. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours. Top with coconut.
