4 c. hot mashed potatoes (about 10 potatoes) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1 onion finely chopped Salt and pepper to taste Beat all ingredients together. Place in greased casserole dish and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 8. | |
