MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed (no butter)
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks.
