2 or more c. mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, butter
2 eggs

Beat thoroughly. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes. Top with canned onion rings; put back in oven until onions are brown.
