MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. potatoes
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. med. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook and mash potatoes, adding butter, milk, salt and pepper. Beat potatoes, eggs and sharp cheese together. Butter 2 quart casserole and layer potato mixture and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, making three layers. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
