MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 c. hot mashed potatoes (8 to 10 potatoes)
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and blend well with mixer. Place in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This can be made the day ahead of time and refrigerated.
