MEXICAN DIP 
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 can refried beans
12 oz. Mexican salsa (hot or mild according to perference)
12 oz. sour cream
Lettuce, shredded
Tomatoes, diced
Cheese, shredded
Green onion tops, diced

Brown ground chuck; add taco seasoning and refried beans. Pour in 9x13 inch glass pan. Blend Mexican salsa with sour cream then pour over ground meat mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion tops and finally cheese. Serve with nacho chips and enjoy.
