MEXICAN DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 bottle hot Ortega taco sauce mix
1 bottle mild Ortega taco sauce mix
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tomatoes
Lettuce
Black olives

Mix cream cheese with sour cream. Cover large serving plate with mixture. Combine taco sauce and spread over cheese. Add one layer shredded Monterey Jack cheese and one layer shredded cheddar cheese. Cut three tomatoes into small pieces. Shred lettuce on top of tomatoes. Layer. Cut up black olives and place on top. Serve with Nachos or Doritos.
