MEXICAN DIP 
2 cans refried beans (16 oz.) (I use fresh pintos with a little cumin)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 sm. cans black olives
2 med. tomatoes
Several green onions
Lettuce
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Layer beans, sour cream mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and rest. Serve with taco chips.
