MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/2 lb. macaroni
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. butter
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed

Cook macaroni as instructed, but do not over cook. Make sauce with milk, cornstarch, mustard, butter, pepper, and salt until slightly thick. May cook in the microwave. Be sure to stir often. Spray casserole dish with Pam and put in macaroni with cubed Cheddar cheese. Pour sauce over the macaroni and cheese. If needed, add more milk to just about cover macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
