CHICKEN BREASTS & SOUR CREAM,
SHRIMP, ALMONDS & OLIVES
 
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tbsp. paprika
2 1/2 tsp. salt
6 chicken breasts, boned, either way
1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted in baking sheet

Mix together sour cream, tarragon, thyme, garlic, paprika, and salt. Dip chicken in sour cream mixture (use 1 cup of mix now). Then dip into corn flakes. Place skin side down. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn over and bake 20 minutes.

At serving time: 1/2 c. diced ripe olives 1/2 c. slivered almonds (try chopping almonds)

Add to remaining sour cream mix. Pour over chicken and heat for a few minutes. Super! (Good company recipe.)
