CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
12 oz. noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 c. milk
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. pimento
1/4 c. chopped almonds, toasted

Brown onion in butter. Blend soups, browned onion and rest of ingredients and pour into casserole. Top with almonds. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.
