SESAME BREAD SNACKS 
1 1/2 sticks butter
5-6 Middle East bread (Pita)
Garlic salt or powder
Sesame seeds
Parmesan cheese

Spread butter on opened pita rounds. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. Sprinkle with cheese and seeds. Cut into 1/2 inch strips, then into 1 inch pieces (I use scissors). Bake on ungreased cookie sheets, 45 minutes at 200 degrees. May be frozen or stored in covered box. Serve with salads, drinks, soups, or just as is.
