LAMB KABOBS 
2 lbs. boneless lean lamb, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 recipe Lemon Garlic Marinade
Lemon wedges

In large shallow glass or ceramic dish, place lamb cubes; pour over Lemon Garlic Marinade; toss to coat well. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate at room temperature 2 hours, turning occasionally. (Or refrigerate overnight; remove from refrigerate 1 hour before grilling).

Remove lamb from marinade, reserving marinade. Alternate lamb and lemon wedges on each of 6 long skewers.

Grill 4 inches from heat, over grayed coals, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, 10 minutes for rare or 15 minutes for medium. Serve with Vegetable Kabobs. Makes 6 servings.
