CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
12 c. popcorn

Bring ingredients to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda. Stir very well. Pour over popcorn. Stir until popcorn is well coated. Place in oven for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Add peanuts or pecans. Bake in 275 degree oven.
