ARMIDILLO EGGS 
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix. Slice whole jalapenos lengthwise. Remove seeds and stem. Cut jalapenos into fourths. Cut pieces of cheese the same size as jalapenos. Wrap cheese and jalapenos with sausage mixture (I like to use Monterey Jack Cheese). Make sure cheese and jalapeno are completely cover with a thin layer of mix. Roll in pork Shake & Bake. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until sausage is done.
