EGG CASSEROLE 
Put the following ingredients together in layers. Mix each layer together before putting it into the pan.

Note: This is an overnight dish.

Note: Dice the ham into small cubes and cook in frying pan to cook off excess water. This will make the dish less watery and runny once it is cooked.

LAYER 1:
1 pkg. seasoned croutons
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. grated jalapeno pepper cheese

LAYER 2:
4-5 strips of bacon, crumbled
6 oz. ham
12 oz. cooked sausage

LAYER 3:
8 eggs, beaten
1 pt. half and half
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
Salt
Pepper
Minced onion

Cover and refrigerate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
