1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cut in with knife like pie dough. Pat with hands into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees until light brown. Cool.

STEP II:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix in order and spread over baked layer.

STEP III:

2 3/4 pkg. Jello pudding, any flavor
3 c. milk, mix with pudding

STEP IV:

Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut or leave plain.
