SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs

Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and mash together with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. pecans

Melt butter; add brown sugar and Rice Krispies. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Pour on potatoes and spread top with pecans.
