CREAM CHEESE ICEBOX CAKE 
Prepare 1 package lime Jello using 1 cup boiling water. Set aside to cool.

CRUST:

30 graham crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, soft

Combine these ingredients until well mixed and press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Reserve a little for top:

Beat until stiff: 1 tall can chilled evaporated milk (only evaporated milk will do) in small bowl.

In large bowl beat until creamy: 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla

Add whipped milk and Jello to cream cheese mixture. Beat until mixed well. Pour into lined pan. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill in refrigerator.
