ECLAIR ICEBOX CAKE 
2 sm. boxes French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
3 c. cold milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers

Mix pudding and milk, beat until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Line the bottom of a 11x13x2 inch pan or dish with crackers. Pour half of pudding mix and spread out. Put down another layer of crackers. Pour on rest of pudding mix.

ICING:

4 tsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. Crisco

Heat to a boil. When cool beat in enough powdered sugar to make right for spreading over graham crackers. Keep in refrigerator. Let set at least 12 hours before serving.
