EASY PINEAPPLE ICEBOX CAKE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 sm. boxes vanilla wafers

Combine milk and lemon juice. Stir until thickened. Add pineapples. Line Pyrex dish with waxed paper. Cover with layer of vanilla wafers. Add layer of pineapple mixture, sprinkle with layer of broken wafers. Continue layers until all ingredients have been used. Refrigerate overnight. Slice and serve; top with whipped cream if desired.
