SINGLE PIE CRUST | |
1 1/3 c. sifted flour (important to sift) 1/2 c. butter (1 stick, do not use whipped) 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. cold water Cut butter into sifted, measured flour and salt until it is coarse and mealy. Add water and mix with fork until all mixed and in a ball. Try not to handle too much. This toughens. |
