BRUSSEL SPROUTS AND CHESTNUTS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked sliced chestnuts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked brussel sprouts

Blend flour and butter in top of double boiler. Add broth, cream and salt. Cook, constantly stirring, until thick. Add precooked brussel sprouts and chestnuts. Heat over boiling water until hot. Pour into glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
