AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lbs. chop suey meat (or pork)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery

Brown ground beef. Add 1 can chicken noodle soup, 1 can cream mushroom soup, 1 soup can water, and 1/2 can Chinese noodles. Stir. Cover with grated cheese and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
