AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
16 oz. can bean sprouts, drained
1 (16 oz.) can chop suey vegetables, drained

Brown meat. Add rest of ingredients. Mix. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8 with rice and/or Chinese noodles. I sometimes add 3/4 cup regular rice before baking.
