2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, diced
1 can bean sprouts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. bead molasses
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. soup stock
2 tbsp. flour
1 can water chestnuts

Cut the meat into small squares and fry in oil. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon salt. When the meat is browned and almost done, add the celery, onions, bean sprouts and the balance of the soy sauce and molasses. Mix well and cover.
