INDIAN CORN CASSEROLE 
3 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp processed American cheese
2 (1 lb.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
10 slices bacon, crumbled

Beat first three ingredients. Add cheese and corn. Stir in 3/4 of fried crumbled bacon. Turn mixture into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish; sprinkle with remaining bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
