INDIAN CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
Black pepper to taste
1 c. sweet milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 c. corn-fresh or canned

Beat eggs until light. Add milk and all seasonings and corn. Pour into buttered dish and bake at 350 degrees until firm like custard, about 1 hour.
