SWEET CORN PUDDING 
1 can whole kernel corn (17 oz. can)
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 stick butter-butter
2 whole eggs
1/4 c. chopped green pepper or pimento, optional
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. baking powder

Drain liquid from corn. Save liquid. Beat eggs for about 3 minutes. Into mixing bowl, pour corn, onions, green pepper, sugar, baking powder and cottage cheese. Mix. Add beaten eggs.

Pour mixture into greased casserole. Lightly warm liquid from corn, add butter until it melts. Pour this over contents of casserole. Bake in preheated oven (325 degrees) until golden brown on top. Serve hot.
