YAM `N CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
1 can (40 oz.) yams, drained
1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh whole cranberries (3 c.)
1 1/4-1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. orange, sliced
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. mace

Combine all but yams in 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir yams into cranberry mixture. Return to oven. Bake 15 minutes more.
