YAM CASSEROLE 
4 c. mashed yams
4 oranges
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
Miniature marshmallows

Squeeze oranges and add juice and pulp to yams. Mix in butter and brown sugar, blend well. Add walnuts and mix again. Pat in buttered casserole dish and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows are brown.
